The Power of Codesign
Today's challenges facing businesses, governments, and communities are increasingly complex.
These challenges are often ill-defined, interconnected, and rapidly evolving. No longer can a single person or group resolve them alone.
Codesign condenses weeks, months, or even years of complex problem-solving into hours or days by uniting the right people with crucial information and effective processes. It is a powerful tool for building alignment and ownership among diverse stakeholders, accelerating progress, and catalysing innovation.
More than a mere facilitation method, it's a philosophy, a mindset, and a distinct way of working.
At atticusnow, our proven codesign approach integrates diverse problem-solving methodologies with our team's extensive knowledge and experience across various sectors, frameworks, and communities.
With in-house expertise and a national network of specialists, we can scale to deliver codesign events across the country. We leverage this capability to create powerful, memorable experiences that spark real breakthroughs for our clients and their stakeholders.
Our codesign services encompass community forums, discovery workshops, codesign workshops, and board or executive strategy workshops. We deliver these both in-person and virtually, utilising a comprehensive suite of digital platforms.
